There are to many things that do not add up in Beverly Lindsey Moore's death. Many of her family and friends do not agree with the investigators ruling of suicide and would like this to be looked into further.

Reasons:

Beverly was right handed and shot on her left side.

3 pillows were used to help muffle the sound.

Although a pillow was used somehow she had blood on the back of her left hand.

No gun powder residue found on hands

Beverly knew her daughter Kayla was due home and would be the one to find her.

No letter was left even though she leaves behind 5 children, 2 being Autistic and Brent would need info such as  docs and disability paperwork.

Texting at 9:04pm indicated she was fine and headed to bed and would see her ex-husband/boyfriend  the next day.

Night of death she had gone out and spent $134.oo on items such as shampoo, deodarant  and groceries.

Beverly had no signs that she was suicidal.

She had agreed to pick up a friend after work the next day.

 I wish you had known Beverly but sadly you did not get the chance. Because you did not get to know Beverly you must rely on US the people who loved her and knew her charactor. ALL of us sit in agreement that  Beverly loved her life and her children to much to do this to herself . Beverly had NO signs that she was suicidal and infact things were going rather well in her life                                

    We beg of you to PLEASE look at this case further. We ask that you help us give Beverly a voice and help to find her killer. We apreciate your time in looking at this further and everyone of us will help in anyway possible.
