A sport hunting club wrote all kinds of garbage about the bear, calling them "predatory".  In this version, the bear "mauled" the wife outside of her house, and then chased the woman into the house, but her husband pushed the bear off her.  The hunters leave the dog out of the story.  The CBC said the bear was chased by the dog into the basement.  Something doesn't add up.  And the bear was not "predatory".  Bears do not eat humans.  Black bears eat mainly vegetables, fruit, and occasionally fish and insects.  They even have wrist thumbs like panda bears, and are panda size.  https://www.facebook.com/100070280686930/posts/847689374250411/?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v
