#Michigan Animal Shelter pays area vet to rubber stamp any Euthanasia SCAC performs, site unseen! Vet trusts whatever the Animal Shelter does. More Updates, a Complaint was filed with the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners, (they oversee and control $$ for the Saginaw County Animal Control), they put Robert Belleman in charge of the internal investigation, ( he is the direct oversight as Executive Director of SCAC) His report was completed last week, and officially I have received no copy, or response from the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners Michael Hanley ( michael-hanley@sbcglobal.net ) I did receive an unofficial copy and my comment is not very professional, nor very factual and Belleman feels everything was done by the book, but then again he did not think they did anything wrong last year either. Without going into details to be used legally, Please note Dr John Peters from cole veterinary Clinc ( colevet@sbcglobal.net) Is the Vet who does not examine animals SCAC, but "Trusts" and rubber stamps whatever, SCAC wants, and of course they pay him for his "support". Please also note that their is NO VET or VET/TECH on staff at SCAC and that Joan Baxter AK Dispatcher/ Secretary, Elaine Thompson Field Officer and LeAnn Ridley are all deeply involved with the lawless actions to Baylee. There are additional people involved who broke the law and and the good samaritan act, and it will be seen to what extent they will be exposed. However, I need your help, please send emails to Animalshelters@michigan.gov and tell them you know SCAC broke the law, and that Dr John Peters should be disbarred for malpractice. Let them know the MDARD investigation is being watched.
