We received a call talking about possibly letting this piece of shit out on probation or on house arrest.. There is no words that can describe how im feeling right now.. How can they give this guy a chance to do it right when my nephew didnt get the chance for a year of life, a first day in school, or a chance to become someone in life.. About two years ago my nephews and sister went missing for 3months after she mention she was going out for her birthday.. For about 3months my mom constantly went to seek for help with LAPD (Rampart station) where they repeatedly told my mom to go home because my sister was old enough to do nd go where she pleased.. My mom made it clear that she didn't take clothes for herself or kids that she wouldnt have left without at least having enough milk for her younger son who was just a few months old.. The Detective in charge mentioned to us that she knew where my sister was but had no reason to go knocking on the door.. A few days after the Talk with the Detective my nephews and sister appeared at a hospital where my nephew was in coma nd later pronounced dead.. After constantly being beaten by Karim Ricardo Ibarra and bitten by his dog who was later put down.. My sister had a few broken ribs, broken nose, & hip, w/ bruises and bumps through out her body.. And my older autistic nephew was left with unforgettable experience of his mommy and baby brother being beaten.. LATimes fixed nd made a report with the help of someone who did not know about the situation.. We try making this guy come forward and turn himself in by getting him and the story on t.v.. Univision 34 later got a hold of us seeking for an interview.. Later on that day he wasnt able to get an interview with us but found dad who has drug problems and abused both my sister and nephews when they lived together to give the story he clearly did not know about.. After dad found out about how victims of crime was going to give money for any funeral expenses he wanted to cremate and be able to split any money that was collected or given by his family our family and Victims of crime.. Univision (Antonio Valverte) later told us he had his story and didnt need nothing from us until we asked if we can please share the story so we can make Karim Ricardo Ibarra turn himself in.. We got the story on t.v nothing turn out how we wanted.. From these two reporters why didnt anyone mention how his family both Mom, Stepdad, & siblings knew about the abuse and did nothing to stop it. Now two years later we get a call about how he might be going home for house arrest.. Why does he deserve that chance? This isnt his first violent offence and for sure not his last..
