On June 4th 2023, 18-year old Anthony Andrew Allegrini Jr. was wrongfully shot and killed by a Pennsylvania State Trooper. 

Anthony was spectating at a car meet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was NOT engaging in drifting nor was he causing any harm. He was simply just there, spectating. 

Officers were called to the scene on I-95 when they parked in front of Anthony’s Audi S4. Anthony and his 3 passengers got into his vehicle, ready to drive home when the two Troopers exited their vehicle, guns already drawn, and put themselves in front of his vehicle with no warning. One of the Troopers fired his gun, hitting Anthony. Anthony exited his vehicle, with his hands up and walked a couple steps before dropping to the ground. Video evidence of civilians driving by shows Anthony still moving. The Troopers neglected to receive medical aid for Anthony. Instead, the Trooper aimed his weapon at the passerby’s.

Anthony did NOTHING wrong.

The Troopers neglected to give warning.

The Troopers neglected to wear their required body audio equipment.

The Troopers neglected to get medical aid. 

The system is broken. Anthony deserves JUSTICE. The Trooper responsible deserves to be CHARGED and put in PRISON. 

Officers SHOULD be treated the same as civilians in an act of misconduct. 

Anthony was MURDERED. 

Together we can demand JUSTICE FOR ANTHONY ALLEGRINI JR. against the Pennsylvania State Police.
