I am writing this petition to request the immediate investigation and charging of Jasmin (Jase) Wieczorek, also known as "Fox Celeste Hardy" on various social media platforms, for animal abuse. Furthermore, I urge the prosecuting attorney of Beech Grove, Indiana to prohibit her from ever running, owning or operating any facility involving animals and from owning any animals in the future.

As an animal lover and advocate for their well-being, this petition is deeply personal to me. Over the years, many reports from people who have dealt with Jasmin have been brought forth concerning her consistent neglect of animals under her care. These claims are not baseless; they can be verified through reports from reputable organizations such as the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Additionally, numerous individuals who have interacted with her or placed animals with her can attest to these allegations.

Jasmin's actions go beyond mere negligence; they constitute a pattern of abuse that cannot be ignored. It is disheartening to see someone who presents themselves as a rescuer gaslighting individuals within the rescue community while perpetuating harm towards innocent creatures. This behavior must not be tolerated any longer.

Animal abuse is a serious offense that has severe consequences on both individual animals and society as a whole. Research consistently shows that those who engage in animal cruelty are more likely to commit acts of violence against humans in the future.  Recently, her spouse Tyler Wieczorek made a post on Facebook claiming he had been abused by her as well.  By allowing Jasmin Wieczorek to continue operating facilities involving animals or own them outrightly puts countless lives at risk.

Therefore, we call upon Beech Grove's prosecuting attorney to take immediate action by thoroughly investigating Jasmin Wieczorek's alleged acts of animal abuse and ensuring she faces appropriate charges if found guilty. We also implore you to implement strict measures that prohibit her from ever running, owning or operating any facility involving animals. Additionally, we request that she be permanently banned from owning any animals to prevent further harm.

It is our duty as a society to protect the voiceless and vulnerable creatures who rely on us for their well-being. By signing this petition, we are standing up against animal abuse and demanding justice for the innocent lives affected by Jasmin Wieczorek's actions.
