The Talwars on Tuesday submitted a petition signed by almost 10,000 people, seeking justice in Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case, to the President, Prime Minister Office, CBI, and National Human Rights Commission. The Talwars submitted the petition on Tuesday requesting the government to give out orders to the CBI (prosecution) to submit the reports of scientific tests on record before the court. The Talwars had earlier filed an application before the court in the matter which was rejected. We hope that the government would take some action to ensure that a fair trial is conducted," Vandana Talwar, Aarushi's aunt, said.
