CBI is allowed to file any no. of papers in court including fabricated documents by CDFD. No problem. But Talwars cannot be provided additional documents they ask for, to fight their own defence. CBI is allowed to call any no. of witnesses and tutor them to suit their story. No problem. And then CBI decides not to call some of their own investigating officers to testify. Why? It doesn’t trust them to support their case? The Talwars requested the courts to call these 14 witnesses so that they too would get a chance to question them. Unfortunately even that request has been declined. WHY? Becoz most of these police officers belong to CBI 1 team. SUMMONING THE WITNESSES MAY BE IN THE INTEREST OF FINDING THE TRUTH. BUT THAT’S THE LAST THING THE CBI WANTS. CBI can get away with murdering justice, But Talwars must suffer even though they are innocent. Becoz the CBI believes in quashing the truth! IS THIS MURDER TRIAL GOING TO REVEAL THE TRUTH? OR CBI IS GOING TO BE ALLOWED TO MURDER JUSTICE
