The closure report (CR) was filed by Mr.Kaul who has deliberately SUPPRESED AND MANIPULATED EVIDENCE. He says nobody could have done it but the parents....WHY DID HE PUT THE CLOSURE REPORT, WHEN HE WAS SO SURE??? MANIPULATED EVIDENCE: Despite having scientific evidence (KRISHNA ADMITTED THE CRIME DURING NARCO) and physical evidence against Krishna (KRISHNA'S PILLOW COVER IN HIS OWN HOUSE HAS HEMRAJ'S BLOOD ON IT), the CBI deliberately omitted to mention this in their closure report. Since then, they have tried to DISMISS THIS CRITICAL EVIDENCE AS A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR! SUPPRESSED EVIDENCE: IO Kaul DID NOT BOTHER TO SUBMIT THE SCIENTIFIC TESTS in the trial court which were clearly showing the INVOLVEMENT OF THE KRISHNA, VIJAY MANDAL AND RAJ KUMAR AND INNOCENCE OF THE TALWARS.
