A CBI inspector told a Ghaziabad Sessions court on Wednesday that "the three accused (Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal) had admitted to the murders of Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj but were not cooperating with the investigations". Prosecution witness MS Fartayal was one of those who were with the first investigation team set up by the CBI to probe murders of Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj on May 16, 2008.
