Appearing as a prosecution witness in a Ghaziabad court, where dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are being tried for the 2008 murder of their teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, a CBI officer said forensic tests conducted on Krishna, an employee of Rajesh, indicated his "complicity" in the murder. In 2008, Vijay Kumar was SP, CBI and was part of the team which arrested Krishna and two friends of Hemraj — Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal. Later, the CBI team was reconstituted. Krishna and the other two men were let off subsequently for lack of evidence. On Tuesday, Vijay Kumar told the court: "Krishna's lie detection test was conducted at CFSL Delhi but I don't remember exactly what date it was.
