Witness 1 : Chunni Lal, a Noida Police Staff : Chunni Lal of NOIDA police staff, who took the photographs of the crime scene / site and collected fingerprints, responded in the Court against most of the questions put before him in cross-examination that .. “dhyaan nahin hai” i.e. “Not able to recollect” Strangely, there was a significant mismatch between positives of the photos produced by CBI in Court and the negatives of the photos taken by Chunni Lal. Interestingly Chunni Lal on the morning of 16th May, 2008, just after few hours of Crime, took only 5 photographs, while CBI produced 8 photographs.
