I would like to reach out to any and all professionals at this organization that have the time and interest to read this. I know it is not in any way contracting or in anyway constitutes any legal agreement of any kind, but I have reached a tipping point with the emails and web form complaints I can reasonably file before realizing I am making no head way in several legal matters that have gone unresolved for a long time, despite, several of them having been arbitrated approximately twenty years ago by federal prosecutors and other officials enacted by the executive branch of the government. The core issue involved a federal subsidy passed into law by Congress in the mid-nineties after my mother and I lobbied on behalf of our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, The Park West Residents Association Inc, Vernon, CT. The money was taken from my mom's, (Deborah Theriault) personal checking account at Webster Bank in Vernon CT and supposedly notebooked back to the Federal Reserve, to an unmonitored account held by a know associate or relative of a former employee of the Reserve. I was told by the FBI that my company's money would be returned and was given their promise my money would never be notebooked away from me again. That was twenty years ago and not only has my federally appointed money yet to be returned but I have been repeatedly stolen from because of the original illegal notebooking of my company's funds. The closeness of relations between the multiple individuals that have repeatedly stolen from me borders on cult-like and the irrevocable damage they have caused to my life and the trajectory of it is almost unbelievable. 

As a court mandated reporter, signed and sworn to the Arizona Supreme Court, it is so disheartening that my reports have gone unanswered and my pleas for help have been flat out of ignored by three administrations since I was promised a resolution proposed by the team that investigated the claims initially.  

The punitive damages alone are in the hundreds of billions of dollars and I have complaint to dozens and dozens of authorities, agencies, political figured, celebrities, news sources, and there different administrations, only to be flat out ignored by most. I really feel as my rights as an American have been violated by this absurd miscarriage of justice and obstruction of justice. I would like to proceed with legal action against all those responsible for the financial devastation and the emotional trauma it had caused me. Who does one sue when it's the federal government that has failed to fulfill the resolution they set forth. 

Furthermore, my intellectual property rights were infringed by HSL Asset Management by them using my design, name, and logo to build the Flin Building in downtown Tucson. I submitted the exact blueprint of the entire property as a project in highschool to my photography teacher, Mr Underwood, at Rockville High School in Vernon CT in the mid-nineties. My original blueprint went missing while visiting a friend, Ryan Green, from Connecticut. 

Some of the other losses, which I will spare you the extraneous details, unless you think you might be able to help or know someone that might be able to, are as follows;

A winning Powerball ticket, verified by me, from the Green residence landline, thought the toll-free number for Powerball. (?approx 144M)

An endowment check from the University of Arizona Biomedical Science Department (1.5B)

A million dollar Jefferey Epstein check

A settlement from Community Health Systems, from a claim filed with Northwest Medical Center (150B)

A Del Sol Casino voucher (257K)

My tuition checking account from wakovia Bank in Manchester CT (80k)

My inheritance/life insurance policy front my illegitimate biological father, Sir Richard Bronson, who they also stole from pretending to be me and caused him to rescind his offer to be a part of my life 

A settlement from IGT Gaming for pointing out a glitch in one of their video poker slot machines that is still found in every casino which was supposed to be replaced by a new model because of the nontabultation graphics error I found, twenty years ago and filed suit against them for (500M)

A Congressional spending account ending in 8336 (unlimited spending) Which is now in the possession of Odin Wallace, though how or why I am unclear on. 

A settlement from Bank of America as a result of a complaint to CFPB, which someone stole before I ever received. 

My Sol Play which I received as a result of the stolen voucher (500K) in Sol Rewards dollars 

I am at a loss as how to proceed. It is amazing to me, that in this country, one person can be victimized in these ways, to such a degree and there is no legal recourse. I consulted with six attorneys recommended by the Arizona Bar Association, and because of the time, effort, and resources required they all declined to take me case because it wasn't fiscally responsible, not because I didn't have a case, but because of my financial means. This is particularly upsetting, as I thought this country afforded "justice for all"? 

The Green's, told me they planned to move to Japan to avoid charges or extradition when confronted originally with these allegations and have since "declined to comment" by any inquiries made on my behalf, thereby stalling further investigation. The suffering caused is atrocious and no one has been held accountable. I really need someone to champion my cause and help me get the justice I deserve, but have exhausted every avenue of recourse I can find, to no avail.
