We, the concerned citizens of Oklahoma County, demand justice for a stolen and mistreated puppy who suffered unimaginable cruelty at the hands of heartless individuals. This petition aims to hold accountable all those involved in stealing, dismembering, surrendering her to a shelter without proper care, and obstructing justice by denying DNA testing.

 

The facts surrounding this heartbreaking incident are as follows:

 

1. Theft and Dismemberment:

On December 23, 2022, my beloved puppy was stolen and kept from me under suspicious circumstances. It is believed that multiple individuals were involved in this heinous act. The perpetrators not only stole an innocent life but also subjected her to unspeakable torture by dismembering her. ( illegally chopping her tail off at almost 12 weeks old)

2. Abuse and Negligence:

After being exposed to rotten deer carcasses and infected with both the canine flu and strep zoo bacteria, my puppy was surrendered to a local shelter without  receiving adequate medical attention or quarantine measures prior to surrender. This irresponsible action put other animals at risk of contracting these contagious diseases.

3. Pooch Pals Foundation's Involvement:

Pooch Pals Foundation played a significant role in this tragic sequence of events by pulling my puppy from stray hold on her last day before I had the chance to reclaim her legally as her rightful owner. Their actions indicate their complicity in aiding the theft of my beloved pet.

4. Refusal of DNA Testing:

Despite providing substantial evidence supporting my ownership claim over the stolen puppy, Pooch Pals Foundation has denied me access to DNA testing that would irrefutably prove she is mine. This denial further perpetuates their involvement in this crime against me and our innocent companion animal.

Conduct a comprehensive review of shelter protocols to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Implement stricter guidelines for accepting animals with contagious diseases and ensure proper medical care is provided promptly. 

 

3. Pooch Pals Foundation:

Hold Pooch Pals Foundation accountable for their role in aiding the theft of my puppy by conducting an independent investigation into their practices. If found guilty of any wrongdoing or obstruction of justice, take appropriate legal action against them.
