Thirty-five dogs were just taken from a Las Vegas facility in an animal cruelty investigation.

These dogs were supposed to be safe. Instead, they are now recovering from a situation serious enough to lead to arrests.

They don’t have a voice. But what happened to them matters.

Animal cruelty cannot be ignored or minimized. When animals are harmed, there must be real consequences. Anything less fails not just these dogs, but every animal that depends on people for care and protection.

Right now, these dogs are in a shelter, receiving care and attention. But they’ve already been through too much—and the system caring for them is stretched thin.
