Dear signers 

The 1158 Assistant Professors and Librarian Front Punjab has announced statewide zonal protest demonstrations on Friday, November 7, 2025. The protest will raise concerns over the government’s stance on the 1158 recruitment case, its continued silence on the demand for permanent employment, and the misuse of government colleges and the higher education system in Punjab.

As part of the demonstration, protestors will burn copies of the letter issued against the selected Assistant Professors and Librarians. The movement will intensify with a planned surround-protest at the residence of the Education Minister on Sunday, November 9.

Supporters are requested to continue extending their backing by sharing and promoting the petition further.
