MONTHS AGO it was first reported that the award-winning, New York-based documentary team at Street Smart Video had turned its attention to Tiffany's extraordinarily suspicious death. Following extensive research, this week, SSV's co-founder Martin Dunn, the former Editor-in-Chief of The New York Daily News, directly confronted the New Jersey Transit Board (link to the full meeting minutes) about the controversial actions, and inaction, of its police department in Tiffany's case, at NJT's monthly public meeting. Besides posing three core questions (see above) to the policy makers, Mr. Dunn, who along with Marie McGovern, serve as co-producers of the project, told the Board:
"THERE APPEARS TO BE ALMOST A DECADE OF INTRANSIGENCE, INDIFFERENCE, AND A LACK OF TRANSPARENCY."
The questions were not answered at the session; now the producers, along with The Tiffany Valiante Family, their team of volunteers and legion of followers on this petition page, anxiously await a response from the NJT Board.
We will keep you posted.
Thank You!
