A few days ago the UPDATE focused on the latest attempt by Dianne and Stephen Valiante, Tiffany's parents, to obtain information from New Jersey Transit, this time in a direct appeal to NJT's Board of Directors presented for consideration at today's regular monthly Board Meeting. 

Here's the link to the letter, receipt of which was acknowledged by the Board last Friday.

As of this hour, Dianne and Stephen have not heard from NJT. Not a single Board Member mentioned it mentioned it during the open meeting. Of course, it is possible that during Executive Session the letter was discussed. 

Why? 

Why won't NJ Transit publicly discuss the investigation into Tiffany's highly suspicious - not just mysterious - death on July 12, 2015? Why did its train engineers tell investigators conflicting stories of what they saw that night right before the train struck Tiffany? How could its PD fail to treat the scene like a crime scene? Within hours of her death conclude she took her own life? Oh, how could potentially key pieces of evidence, including an axe found near the scene, just go missing before it could undergo DNA analysis? 

Somebody must know.
