We respectfully ask the District Attorney’s Office to move forward with the prosecution of:

State of Georgia v. Susan Littlejohn, Gilmer County Superior Court Case No. SUCR2023000256,

AND to place this matter on the appropriate court docket so that the case can proceed toward resolution through the judicial process. This case began over FOUR years ago following an investigation involving “Build An Ark Animal Rescue” in Ellijay, Georgia.

In Superior Court, this person has been indicted on TEN charges, including SIX FELONY counts of aggravated animal cruelty.

 ANIMAL-CRUELTY CASES MATTER

The animals involved cannot speak for themselves. The witnesses and rescuers who came forward have waited YEARS for the evidence to be heard in court. This has affected members of our entire community. More than four years is long enough.
