14 year old Jessica McHenry was kidnapped and murdered in 1991 by Derick Moncada. Her killer committed suicide before trial and her case was closed after DNA testing linked him to Jessica. His body was buried yards away from where Jessica rests. 
Jessica’s family has and continues to fight for justice and for their child to rest in peace. 

Sign this petition for the state of California to allow Moncada’s body to be moved to another cemetery allowing Jessica and her family to finally have the peace they have been searching for 2 decades.
