My name is Natalie, and I am facing a situation that no parent should have to endure.

I am currently involved in an ongoing family court matter that has profoundly affected my relationship with my child and my ability to continue providing the care, stability, and nurturing environment I have always worked to give her.

Throughout this process, I have been ordered to not speak  about my experiences even with friends and family members while having constant fear that doing so could negatively affect my parental rights and face further unjust punishment.
At the same time, many parts of my daughter's daily life that were important to her growth and well-being—including activities that supported her physical development related to hypotonia—have been discontinued or restricted.

The case has built on lies while seeking truths and speaking out truths come with risks and danger. 

As her mother and primary caregiver during her early years, I have always believed that every decision should be guided by one principle: her best interests. Every child deserves meaningful relationships with both loving parents, consistency, emotional security, and access to the opportunities that help them thrive. Our communication should not be restricted to a few minutes or zero while being apart during extended nights especially when my child consistently expresses missing me.

I am asking for your support—not to take sides—but to advocate for the importance of protecting children's well-being and ensuring that their voices, needs, and best interests remain at the center of every decision.

Spending money to break a safe and secured bonding between a young child and mother while financially destroying an injured mother to lose housing stability is abuse — abuse towards the mother and directly toward the child.
