The Battle for Survival in Sweltering Heat:

The temperature soared to a scorching high of 42°C today amidst the continuation of my captivity protest outside the UNHCR office. The filthy pavement contrasts starkly with the luxurious interiors of their air-conditioned offices where staff evade in-person interactions, exacerbating my dire situation.

With an empty stomach and no funds to procure refreshing cold water, my pleas for urgent sustenance and aid were inconsiderately denied by the receptionists, further endangering my deteriorating health, leaving me teetering on the brink of existence, enduring incessant perspiration and unbearable itching throughout the day and night, adding to my plight and misery.

Since the demolition of my seventh shelter on April 23rd, 2024, I haven’t showered or laundered my clothes, and my smelly attire is a testament to my suffering. The dirt and discomfort continue to drown me in this bleak existence, making the need for urgent help more imperative with each passing moment.
