My 27th Court Trial Outcome – A Minor Victory for Justice.

On June 15th, I attended my 27th trial at the Evelpidon Court. This was the outcome of my efforts in reaching out to the office of the European Commission in Greece in person on November 24th, 2022, where rather than being able to talk to anyone in a peaceful manner, a dozen police officers were called to escort me off the premises, two of whom have later levied unsubstantiated charges against me after my transfer to the district police station.

A more detailed account of this trial can be accessed through the extensive article that is provided below.

Takeaways:

  • I have been subjected to ceaseless prosecution by Greece ever since my unjustifiable expulsion from Sweden in 2015. This is a constituent of Europe's collective pushback, which I have unfortunately been profoundly targeted by.
  • For the first time ever, I had been provided with legal aid, but only with the help of the Athens Bar Association was I able to engage the lawyer’s services.
  • Neither of the Police officers who have laid unfounded charges against me and filed the case file with falsified claims were present at any of the Court proceedings. For this case only, I had to attend three Court sessions on three different occasions.
  • Although my lawyer’s motion for dismissal was not granted, the Court ultimately ruled in our favor due to lack of evidence against me.
  • Despite my exoneration, the probability of a recurring incident is significant as this has been the situation for the past decade.

I hereby once again formally request from all the parties petitioned in relation to my case to promptly find a resolution to this ongoing Hostage-taking in Greece.

Yours Respectfully;
