In the Criminal Court of Athens, where I went yesterday for a deposition concerning the horrific incidents of August 19th, 2021, the five counts of Physical Assaults at the Syntagma Police Station, they practically refused to appoint a lawyer to my case for the second time.

“Apply for one in the Evelpidon Court, ”they said. That’s where I have previously been assaulted by the Police specifically over seeking legal aid there and even though I made sure that the Court is well informed about this treatment, but they didn’t seem to care.

Furthermore, the Greek Ombudsman has not yet taken any steps, nor has it provided any information on my complaint concerning those series of assaults which occurred at the Kipselli Police Station on October 16th, 2019, after they removed me from the Court.
