Dear the AIRE Centre;

I am not exactly sure why you have not sent your reply to the original email chain to which your email intends to respond. Because currently I have two inquiries addressed to your organization. However, from the content of your email, I believe it is related to my request for legal aid in order to bring my case to the attention of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

That being said, in relation to the suggestion you have made in your email about either getting in touch with the European Council of Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) or making use of the so-called resources available in the document you linked to in your email, I would like to clarify that I have in fact been requesting help from the European Council of Refugees and Exiles (in copy) for so many years, since my illegal deportation from Sweden in September 2015 to be precise, but even to date they have not responded to any of my inquiries the way it should. Because generally all my emails to them either have gone unanswered or if they sent a reply once or twice, it contained nothing other than suggesting to make use of the same resources available in the same document you linked to in your email.

Moreover, as for those so-called resources listed in the said document, I would also like to clarify that I have as well been in constant communication, mostly unilateral, though, not only with all those organizations on that list, but also many others that are not on it, but as you can see nobody helps, hence the main reason why I am seeking help abroad. Just to be clear, I am referring to those organizations which are operating in Greece. If need be I can send you a complete list of them.

I believe it was also abundantly clear in my earlier email that there is absolutely no help available to me in Greece, whether legal or in any other shape or forms for that matter.

Unfortunately, this also includes all my failed endeavors in acquiring legal aid from the Private Sector. What is most problematic, though in this respect is that unlike many other countries, they don’t even have a date base of a sort, whether online or otherwise, where one could easily find and get in touch with those law firms.

Furthermore, I would like to remind you that I have originally been referred to your organization by the Director of the Refugee Law Initiative, David Cantor (in copy), because similarly they claimed their organization is unable to offer help with this matter which had been brought to their attention earlier.

However, whether the statement made by the Refugee Law Initiative is true or not, but it pains me a lot to point out that this has also been the common practice of all those so-called Humanitarian organizations based in Greece. Because no matter how many times and for how many years I reach out to them, they always either ignore my emails time and time again or if they send a reply, it wouldn’t be anything other than referring me to another organization, without ever offering any help themselves, even when they know all too well that I have left nobody out. Yet, they deliberately choose to keep doing that, because as the fascist Greek Police says, not so publicity though, that’s how they do things in Greece.

This has been happening for so many years. A torture of its kind, while all my life and every aspect of it is on hold, with no way forward, no way backward and no rights or whatsoever here where I have been held Hostage against my will, deprived of everything, of even livelihoods for all these years and now being drained of all my resources, they are seeking to starve me to death and cover it up which I mean that in literal sense.

It is preposterous that all those organizations, including your own, claiming to not being able to help at all.

How is this possible, if they didn’t deliberately choose to do that?

In the light of the above, I truly hope that your organization or either one of the two other organizations mentioned herein (also in copy) would urgently reconsider this urgent request for assistance and openly offer their help, be it in the form of Legal Aid, Donations or support for my online Petition.
