Day 173rd of my 3rd #HungerStrike Outside UNHCR Office — The Outcome of my Pleadings to ACLU for Acquiring Lifesaving Assistance and Legal Aid.
Whereas years of my pleadings to the United Nations, the Hostage-takers and denier of this Hostage-taking in Greece and across Europe for the provision of legal aid have all purposely remained unanswered, so have all my pleadings for Emergency Life Saving assistance.
As they have stolen everything from me, they are now coming after my life, seeking to starve me to death and cover it up. This is the only reason why they continue dragging this case out with no end in sight. A premeditated plot to eventually Starve me to death and cover it. On the other hands, a systematic deprivation and targeted assassination.
Yet, in the face of all these atrocities and despite all the obstacles, the struggle for my life, my freedom, my dignity and my honor still continues. At this point, what is the most essential for me, is to find resources in order to sustain myself, to live another day and continue the fight till my plight and my rights are recognized and this #Hostage taking and my complete #deprivation in this country comes to an end.
In these endeavors, I have been left with no other choice but to turn to other organizations abroad, mainly those based in Canada, U.S. OR Australia. Among them, are dozens of International Human Rights Centers/Clinics that are associated with University all across those countries.
One of the organizations that I have recently reached out to, is the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) which in addition to its main office also has offices in each and every other state in the United States.
Although my initial pleading for urgent help was sent to them in early January and I have so far also sent follow up emails on two occasions, but thus far only the branch office in San Diego and Imperial Counties has responded to my query. However, even this reply, that came in two days ago, didn’t really respond to all my three requests which consisted of * Providing Legal Aid, * Emergency Lifesaving Support and * Support for my online Petition.
The ACLU Foundation of San Diego & Imperial Counties wrote in its in the letter “Based on the information you provided, we have concluded that the ACLU will not be able to assist you in this matter. This decision reflects our own limited resources, and in no way reflects on the Worthiness of your case. The ACLU is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that seeks to Preserve and extend constitutional rights and principles found mainly in the Bill of Rights. We lack The staff and resources to act as a general legal clinic, however, and are able to accept only a small Percentage of the cases we are requested to take.” and asked me to redirect my request for legal aid to the San Diego County Bar Association without any recommendation concerning two of my other requests.
Can I finally get the legal help I need in order to file my case at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) before they starve me to death in front of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Athens, Greece?
This is when my 3rd Hunger Strike still continues, and I have been left without genuine solidarity and support, sufficient Donations and basic necessities which all together have created the perfect condition for my demise.
Harassing me, humiliating, degrading, torturing me, destroying or stealing my property are the things they all know all too well how to do, time and time again with impunity and when it comes to helping, they are also all experts at pretending not knowing how to do.
Nothing like this should happen to anyone, anywhere and no one should be put through a situation like this.
I fear for my life, my safety and well-being.
