After leaving the Canadian Embassy yesterday evening at 18:00, where same as the week before nobody had attended to my issue; I went to see Camilla Donzelli who had reached out to me on Friday, May 28th, 2021, with an interview proposal.
She is a young Italian journalist specialized in asylum and immigration law and have more than two years of work experience as a legal counselor in the Italian welcoming network.
The interview took something around OR over two hours. Basically explaining my whole story again since before the second destabilization of my life, from 2012 to date.
Donzelli said “It will most probably be published by OR immediately after June 20th, 2021.” “An independent Italian Newspaper called Voci Globali which is committed in spreading stories poorly covered by mainstream media, has already agreed on publishing my story” said Camilla.
If they eventually publish it, this would be the first time ever that any European media outlets irrespective of their size, actually publishing anything regarding this 7-years long ongoing Humanitarian tragedy, purposely manufactured by the European Union and its evil and dysfunctional Asylum system.
That, of course, aside from two other articles published in Greek newspapers, the first one during my first Hunger Strike (64-days long) which was carried out at the doorsteps of UNHCR office in 2017 and the second one during my second Hunger Strike (73-days long) which again was carried out at the doorsteps of UNHCR office in 2020.
Although during my second Hunger Strike a group of young journalists across Europe associated with Minority Rights Group International came to see me at the doorsteps of UNHCR office after day 70th of my second Hunger Strike, interviewed me and promised to publish many articles in many different languages on my dire situation, but to the best of my knowledge they never actually published anything.
I had experienced this with other European Journalists as well. The people who had interviewed me, promised to publish it, but never did.
I told Camilla Donzelli about those experiences, which she said she understood and this is not going to be the same story with her.
I left Donzelli around 22:00. Had to go get some food and afterwards get back to the National Library of Greece before Public transportation services ends for the day.
The National Library of Greece is where I manage to find electricity and internet to charge my electronic equipment and edit and publish my videos.
Obviously it is already too late and I cannot manage to publish the videos of my presence today at the Canadian Embassy.
Given that I have to work on editing and publishing those videos first thing tomorrow, therefore, I am expecting to be at the Australian Embassy again the day after tomorrow on Thursday, June 10th, 2020.
Nothing like this should happen to anyone, anywhere and no one should be put through a situation like this.
This is a dire emergency. Please do not be indifferent and ignorant to what is happening here and take action now.
