On Friday, May 14th, 2021, I had been summoned to the Court of Athens again for the 24th-time, over attempting to reach the office of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and seeking a Durable and sustainable solution for my life. However, due to Covid-19 related precautions this hearing was being postponed for another time.
In the Court before I left, I tried to use my time and collect some more signatures for my Online Petition and also perhaps find a Lawyer who might be able to help me with opening a Bank account in the trust, so that I could eventually access the Donations I receive and thus be able to support my survival.
Although I spoke with about 20 lawyers, but only one of them agreed to sign my Online Petition and none of them as they said, had the required expertise to assist with the opening a Bank Account in Trust. Two of them had asked me to put my request in writing and send them an email. Which I did. But only one of them got back to me and said, she couldn’t help and advised me to address my request to the Athens Bar Association and ask them to help.
The lawyer who goes by the name ‘’Christos A. Kandarakis’’ wrote in her reply and said ‘’I am sorry, but I am not able to help you, because I do not know the procedures concerning your issues. You can address the Athens Bar Association in order to find a lawyer who can possibly help you’’.
Accordingly, on Monday, May 21st, 2021 I addressed my request to the Athens Bar Association and had also forwarded Ms. Kandarakis’ email to them. The Secretariat of the Athens Bar Association wrote back on Thursday, June 03rd, 2021, and said ‘’The Athens Bar Association does not recommend lawyers. You can contact the Embassy of your country’’
In my reply to the Athens Bar Association, sent to them on Friday, June 04th, 2021, I explained that ‘’I didn’t have a country’’ and that ‘’I am a Refugee in exile for nearly 17-years who has been held Hostage and deprive of everything in Greece for nearly 7-hellish years’’ with a little more explanation on my dire situation.
Shortly after sending my reply, I received another email from the legal services of the Athens Bar Association which said ‘’As our secretary has informed you, the Athens Bar Association does not recommend lawyers. Sine you cannot contact with any Embassy in order to help you, the only solution we can propose to you is to get in contact with the legal aid services at the court of Athens which offers free legal aid to Citizens via an appointed lawyer.’’
However, since I had already been through this before, in my second reply to the Athens Bar Association I wrote ‘’As you could find from the given links provided below, neither the Court of Athens nor the Court of Appeals of Athens are willing to provide me with a lawyer’’

This video shows how all the NGOs in Greece have collectively colluded on denying to offer me any kind of help and support, including legal aid.
Having provided this information to the Athens Bar Association, I asked them to understand why I had written to them again to seek legal aid there. I had also highlighted again that I was in fact pointed to their direction by one of the associated lawyers with their organization, Ms. Christos A. Kandarakis, my correspondence with whom had also been sent to the Athens Bar Association.
Given the above, I also requested a reply to my email.
I have been held Hostage in Greece, deprived of everything, of even livelihoods for nearly 7-hellish years and also being drained of all my own resources essential for my survival. They also deprived me of the 150 Euros monthly allowance (7-years x 12-months x 150-Euros= 12, 600 Euros) offered to most of other Refugees in this country and being drained of all my own resources, I am now highly dependent of other people’s Donations for my survival. I have also become undocumented ever since March 19th, 2018, and now without shelter, without food and without money.
In Greece, they won’t provide me with legal aid, therefore I cannot try my case in a Court of law. They won’t transfer me to a deportation camp, and they also blocked my access to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and won’t allow my departure from this country and in pursuit of their evil agendas, not only have been persecuting me for years but have also brought all the miseries of the world upon my life. As If I am not human at all, deserve no dignity, safety OR prosperity and thus have no rights to live.
I fear for my life, my safety and well-being.
Nothing like this should happen to anyone, anywhere and no one should be put through a situation like this.
This is a dire emergency. Please do not be indifferent and ignorant to what is happening here and take action now. Thank you.
