Disclosing a response from the Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe of the Council of Europe. The committee's response suggesting seeking a resolution to my dire situation through the European court of Human Rights while failing to understand the followings:

* That I have been systematically being prevented from establishing concrete proof of having exhausted all the so-called national remedies in Greece, including the Supreme Court of Greece which apparently is one of the eligibilities Criteria before submitting a case to the European Court Of Human Rights (ECHR), and therefore due to those insurmountable obstacles being placed on my path towards lodging a complaint with this European Court, hence lodging a complaint with the ECtHR currently doesn't seems to be feasible.
* That in compliance with the Paragraph 3 of the Article 47 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and also Perhaps Article 13 of the European Convention for Human Rights, I should be offered legal aid in order to enable me pursue lodging a complaint with this European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), but they are denying to offer any sort of legal aid to my case.
Hence, I was prompted to inform the committee of this ongoing and deliberate obstruction of Justice and had requested the committee’s assistance on this politically being made complicated matter.
In the committee's second response* that came in again with a lot of delay, they reiterated their previous stance again without acknowledging anything regarding the difficulties placed on my path in finding legal aid in Greece and had simply added I might as well want to look for a resolution through the Greek Ombudsman and the office of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR).
