Justice and Strict Action for Sahil Dhaneshra 

कबीर के लिए न्याय और कड़ी कार्रवाई

On 3rd February, 23-year-old Sahil Dhaneshra, lovingly called Kabir, lost his life on the roads of Dwarka, Delhi.

3 फरवरी को 23 वर्षीय साहिल धनशेरा (कबीर) की दिल्ली के द्वारका में एक सड़क दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हो गई।

 He was riding his bike when a car, driven by a 19-year-old unlicensed driver, violently rammed into him.

वह अपनी बाइक चला रहे थे, जब 19 वर्षीय बिना लाइसेंस वाले ड्राइवर द्वारा चलाई जा रही एक कार ने उन्हें ज़ोरदार टक्कर मार दी।

 In an instant, a young life was ended—not by fate, but by sheer negligence and unlawful behavior.

एक ही पल में, एक युवा जीवन खत्म हो गया—किस्मत से नहीं, बल्कि घोर लापरवाही और गैरकानूनी व्यवहार के कारण।

Kabir was not just another victim of a road accident. He was a son, a hardworking young man, and the only support system for his mother.

कबीर सिर्फ सड़क हादसे का एक और शिकार नहीं थे। वह एक बेटे थे, मेहनती युवा थे, और अपनी माँ के एकमात्र सहारा थे।

His father had passed away when Kabir was very young, leaving him to shoulder responsibilities far beyond his years. At just 23, he was working tirelessly to secure a better future for himself and his mother, who depended on him completely.

जब कबीर बहुत छोटे थे उनके पिता का देहांत हो गया था, जिसके बाद उन पर उम्र से कहीं अधिक ज़िम्मेदारियाँ आ गईं।

That future was stolen because someone chose to drive without a license, ignoring the law and the value of human life.

भविष्य छीन लिया गया क्योंकि किसी ने बिना लाइसेंस गाड़ी चलाने का फैसला किया और कानून व इंसानी ज़िंदगी की कीमत को नज़रअंदाज़ किया।

This tragedy has left Kabir’s mother alone—emotionally shattered and financially vulnerable.

इस त्रासदी ने कबीर की माँ को बिल्कुल अकेला छोड़ दिया है—भावनात्मक रूप से टूटी हुई और आर्थिक रूप से असहाय।

She has lost her only child, her only source of support, and her only hope. No mother should have to suffer this because of another person’s reckless and illegal actions.

उन्होंने अपना इकलौता बेटा, अपना एकमात्र सहारा और अपनी एकमात्र उम्मीद खो दी है। किसी भी माँ को किसी और की लापरवाही और गैरकानूनी हरकतों के कारण ऐसा दुख नहीं झेलना चाहिए।

This petition is not about revenge. It is about justice, accountability, and fair compensation for a life destroyed by negligence.

यह याचिका बदले की भावना से नहीं है। यह न्याय, जवाबदेही और लापरवाही से नष्ट हुए एक जीवन के लिए उचित इंसाफ की माँग है।

We demand:

•Ensuring those responsible are punished and that Kabir’s mother is not left alone in this lifelong grief.

यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि दोषियों को सज़ा मिले और कबीर की माँ इस आजीवन दुख में अकेली न छोड़ी जाएं।

• Strict legal action against the unlicensed driver

बिना लाइसेंस वाले ड्राइवर के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई

• Accountability of the vehicle owner who allowed illegal driving

उस वाहन मालिक की जवाबदेही जिसने गैरकानूनी ड्राइविंग की अनुमति दी

• Stronger enforcement of traffic laws to prevent such tragedies in the future

भविष्य में ऐसी त्रासदियों को रोकने के लिए ट्रैफिक कानूनों का सख्त पालन

Kabir cannot speak for himself anymore. But we can.

कबीर अब अपने लिए आवाज़ नहीं उठा सकते। लेकिन हम उठा सकते हैं।

Every signature on this petition is a voice demanding justice for him and protection for other innocent lives.

इस याचिका पर हर हस्ताक्षर उनके लिए न्याय और अन्य निर्दोष ज़िंदगियों की सुरक्षा की माँग करने वाली एक आवाज़ है। 

 We cannot bring Kabir back, but we can stand together to ensure his mother is not left helpless and that such negligence does not go unpunished.

हम कबीर को वापस नहीं ला सकते, लेकिन हम साथ खड़े होकर यह सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं कि उनकी माँ असहाय न छोड़ी जाएं और ऐसी लापरवाही बिना सज़ा के न रहे।
