Richard Barge (SBI #000165368D) has spent the last 18½ years fighting to prove his innocence. After a full investigation by New Jersey’s Conviction Review Unit (CRU), the Director of the unit reportedly recommended that Richard be exonerated. Despite this recommendation, Richard continues to wait for justice.

Respectfully urge Attorney General officials, including Jennifer Davenport and those responsible for reviewing wrongful conviction cases, to take action and ensure that justice is not delayed any longer.
