The District Attorney Used Rap Music To Get A Conviction

You know, it sounds so bizarre that the District Attorneys used Rap Music that had nothing at all to do with the case that my brother is charged with.
I started to think on the reasons why?
It's so easy to convey to a jury you must be gulity based on what you listen to or watch.
What if my brother listen to Rock N Roll or Country Music would it be used against him?
That answer is definitely : Hell No!
Yes! race played apart in this, I wonder what would of happen if he told the courts he watched B.E.T. growing up, he read black authors such as Langton Huges and Maya Angelo for his inspiration. What if the court knew that he loved as a kid to see Black Cinema films get their chance in society!
Would the District Attorneys use that to show motive and intent? You see, this is an attack not just against my brother's life but on the fabric of black people in America.
Our culture is consider violent by those who oppress us. However, the same Hip Hop Music that my brother was convicted by, it's the same music making billions of dollars in Corporate America!
Will America now bring charges against ever Hip Hop Artist?
