Hello, if your reading this My mom was murdered earlier this year from receiving no antibiotics or wound care for the calciphylaxis she had on her hands and body. I  am trying to sue avante for not giving her antibiotics or cleaning the wounds and suffering in pain. My mother would still be here if someone would have done there job!

Now under Florida law it’s actually called the wrongful death act.  I cannot sue because she wasn’t married and has no children under the age of 25!!

Which is a crock! 

Please help change this law! So people can sue for murder/malpractice of there loved ones!

She is now missing her only grandchild growing up.
