Dogs seized by Riverside County Department of Animal Services are now ready for adoption??? 

These animals were not displayed to the public, nor did they serve a legal stray hold for owners to locate their pets. County recently is encouraging finders to keep lost pets, creating more homeless pets in a country that kills two million simply because there are not enough homes, they have been advised that Jhon Tallon was in lost and found groups picking up lost pets and taking them back to his hell hole where he would chip to himself. 

Julie Bank, please provide a list of all animals and let them have a chance at going home, a 10 day hold would be nice since this could have all been dealt with years ago. Jhon Tallon took pets from every lost and found group in Southern California, your encouragement of finders holding found pets contributes to this irresponsible outcome for our animals, please stop encouraging finders to hold our lost pets, and open our night drops.
