This petition is in place to remove Bruce Basom as the referee to the Friend of the Court in Montcalm County due to the fact that he rarely does any actual delegation of custodial matters, rather only siding with biased investigatorial decisions. Also for falling asleep on the bench multiple times throughout judicial processes that determined custodial matters. He shows an outright blatancy of bias, nonrapport and being unprofessional in his actions towards families that have to endure anything in the courtroom with him.
