On April 14th, 2015 senate bill No. 257 was introduced to senate by senator Judy K. Emmons. This bill is to create the address confidentiality program to provide certain protections for victims of crimes such as: domestic abuse, sexual assault, stalking, and/or human trafficking. This bill will also prescribe duties and responsibility of certain state departments and agencies.
