Donald Trump's refusal to make his tax returns public is unprecedented. Every major presidential candidate in the last 40 years has done this and Trump himself has stated over and over that he would do the same. 

And yet, even though 74% of Americans think it's important he release them, he still hasn't done so. 

But states can take action to force the release of the president's tax returns by passing legislation making their release a requirement to be on that state's ballot. That's why I'm calling on Arizona to pass a "TRUMP Tax Act."
