This is simple. The community has a Judge unfit for her position that allows her own personal feelings and emotions to control her rulings, rather than the evidence and law. My personal experiences, along with those of many others, are true testimony to the blatant misconduct and bias displayed by Henrico County Circuit Judge Rondelle Herman. Since taking the bench, she has exhibited an extreme disregard towards minorities, people with disabilities, and has often prevented both criminal and civil cases from following due process. Judge Herman has made both derogatory and highly discriminatory remarks towards individuals who do not fit her narrow views of masculinity or those struggling with disabilities. In open court Judge Herman threatened to hold me in contempt for not taking the business card of the defendants attorney. Her petty childish behavior is not appropriate to be in the position to determine someone’s rights being violated or their freedom.

This extends beyond simple biases—it's a thorough abuse of authority. I've witnessed Judge Herman input false information into the record and conduct ex parte communications, diminishing her impartiality and fairness. She's signed sketch ORDERS drafted by attorneys with provisions not raised in argument or granted. The harassment and threatening statements made against those she perceives as non-masculine further undermines the integrity of her position. 

Moreover, Judge Herman has consistently ignored the vital legal process of discovery. These patterns of behavior are not only unprofessional, but they breach the ethical requirements of her office and let down those who rely on the justice system for fair treatment. Judge Herman has disallowed a jury trial on a plea of accord and satisfaction pursuant to § 8.01-336 and failed to compel long overdue discovery pursuant to Rule 4:8 of the Supreme Court of Virginia. If Judge Herman blocked my discovery in a civil case who’s to say she hasn’t in a criminal case.   Judge Hermans refusal to enforce discovery and allow discoverable and meaningful evidence coupled with her refusal to establish a rightfully invested jury trial cannot be overlooked and the miscarriage of justice cannot be overstated. She literally and unethically aided the defendants victory in my civil case by blocking my discovery. Had this not happened I would have been successful on the merits of my case before a jury. After filing a writ of mandamus, the morning of my hearing Judge Herman recused herself but not before she falsely put on the record I accosted , harassed and threatened the attorney representing Progressive, Carter Keeney, then she went onto say that she was in fear of her own personal life and needed to be escorted to her vehicle. Excuse my language but this is complete bullsh*t, that NEVER took place. But the facts are I was denied a jury trial because I was fully aware of the courts bias towards me and they denied me one despite me being legally entitled to one .   I cannot ignore this injustice and I ask that you do not either ; it undermines the very principles our justice system stands for. I call for the Judicial Inquiry for the impeachment of Judge Rondelle Herman. We believe it is a necessary step to maintain faith in our legal system and to protect individuals from discrimination and unfair treatment. The courts have a duty to treat all people the same. Regardless if they represent themselves or not.   Judge Herman repeatedly told me to act like a man and even went as far as to threaten me into disclosing mental health disabilities in open court while offering her undedicated opinion on the severity of my conditions.   I ask you to sign this petition because Judge Herman currently collects over $200,000 a year to abide by an oath that she has steered from not with me, but with many others as well.    If Judge Herman, or any Judge advised you that you are lucky they are in official capacity because they would say or do anything different than ethically allowed if they were not, is a threat.    Imagine the consequences and display of authority that would be hailed upon one if they told a Judge, "Your honor, you are lucky you are a Judge"? Or " Your honor, I cannot wait until I see you in public"? Or "Your honor, I implore you to act on your idle threat when I come over later".   Imagine if anyone told any judge "Your honor, you are lucky you are in official capacity too". This is not a matter of anything more than one person's inability to render logical decisions without allowing their emotions to control their duties. America is divided in many ways right now , but we are all aligned alike in believing our courts should be impartial, fair and accommodate all victims, not just ones they like or dislike.    Please sign this petition to support the impeachment and or Judicial Inquiry of Judge Herman as justice delayed is justice denied.
