January 10, 2008, Baby Julian was murdered by his stepmother, Contessa Herring. They are wanting to drop her charge down to negligent child abuse and give her only 3 years probation! She needs to be held accountable for taking this little boy's life. In 2005 an infant lost her life to abuse and New Mexico made a Baby Brianna Bill. It states that if a child dies due to abuse its a first degree felony punishable by jail time. This needs to be held up and give justice for Baby Julian and his family.
