MILLVILLE COURT SHUT DOWN. NEW JUDGE SUSPENDED AND RESIGNED. COURT ADMINISTRATOR FIRED.

COURT CLOSED. JUDGE SUSPENDED. COURT ADMINISTRATOR ALLEGEDLY FIRED. 

The fallout from the discrimination claims made by Judge Jason Witcher has increased since the release of the New Jersey Attorney General releasing its investigation results and filing a complaint against the city for discrimination against Latino litigants.  

Millville Municipal Court has been shut down and taken over by a neighboring town.  The newly appointed judge, Judge Steven Neder, who was appointed to replace the recently retired Judge Jason Witcher, was suspended and resigned.  Court Administrator Kim Hamlyn was allegedly fired.   

The fallout may continue as the dominoes begin to fall.  How far up the judicial ladder will this go?
