Judge Witcher says "I got my name back"

"Witcher issued a statement on the Attorney General’s announcement and the complaint filed by the civil rights division, saying it helped repair his credibility.

“I lost my career, but worse, my reputation was destroyed. I lost my name,” Witcher said. “Their report can’t restore my career, but it did restore my reputation. It did give me my good name back.”
