THE DANGER OF SPEAKING TRUTH TO POWER

They can't dispute the facts, so they attack the man's credibility.

It is unprecedented in New Jersey History for the full weight of the judicial system to wage a personal attack against one man.  The New Judiciary purposely misstated facts to denigrate his credibility, ruin his reputation within the judicial system and break his spirit, by appealing to historical racist themes that characterize black men as lazy with poor work ethics. By publishing an article entitled "Do Your Job", the headline and text of the article were clearly to punish him for stepping out of line and create the perception that he is not a righteous judge but a lazy one.  Judge Witcher speaks truth to power and that is something that they cannot tolerate.  

When an entire State of New Jersey Judicial System, from the bottom to the highest offices, focuses on attacking one man, it is for one reason, and one reason only...He speaks the truth.
