DIVISION OF CIVIL RIGHTS AND INDPENDENT INVESTIGATORS TAKE CONTROL OF THE INVESTIGATION

After a month of personal attack and character assassination on Judge Witcher, persistence begins to pay off as the investigation of judicial discriminatory practices are now being investigated by impartial investigators and the Division of Civil Rights. 

After proliferating deceptive information denying the existence of any discriminatory practices in the face of clear evidence; pressure and demands for transparency have taken the matter outside and the stage is being set for policy changes within the judicial system that will hopefully protect people in the courts from any sort of discrimination and bias that pollutes the idea of justice. 

Courage is essential to change.  Thanks, Judge, for being courageous, now change is on the horizon.
