AFTER THREATS, JUDGE BELIEVES CAREER IS OVER FOR EXPOSING INJUSTICE IN HIS COURTROOM

LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD. DEMAND AN INVESTIGATION!

Why should this judge feel his career is over for doing the right thing? A 12-year highly respected Judge calls out injustice, something that judges should do, and instead of being applauded and assisted in solving the problem, he is attacked and threatened. The sad part is that he knew his career was over by doing the right thing and did it anyways. Two days later, his belief proved to be well founded as he was threatened to have all of his courts taken by the authority of the Assignment Judge, Benjamin C. Telsey, who all of a sudden questioned the judge's fitness because of Chron's disease hospitalization.  He does it in emails and there is no investigation?   No one is questioning this Judge's conduct. He questioned judge Witcher's "fitness" because he was in the hospital, but no one questions Judge Telsey's "fitness after threatening Judge Witcher! 

How is there no investigation?  No agency in the state has investigated this obviously veiled threat as a result of the exposure of discrimination.  Now we can understand why Judge Witcher, feels his career is over.  He knows the players. He knows the system. He didn't play by the rules.  And now he faces the consequences. The fact that he faces being removed for standing up, should cause us all great concern.
