Day 2 starts tomorrow at 1:00 PM at the Broward 17th Circuit Courthouse - Room #7870
The trial will be heard in front of the honorable Judge Andrew Siegel.

Trails days will be as followed:
MONDAY - WEDNESDAY 8:00 AM
THURSDAY 1:00 PM
FRIDAY THERE WILL BE NO COURT

We Must Never Forget Our Brother!!!!

Please I ask and BEG of you all to SHARE THIS PAGE and SHARE the SIGN UP PETITION PAGE. We have to show the county and the JUDGE that Reza Payan wasn't just an everyday guy. He was a special soul and a kind human being.

The TRIAL and Official Pursuit for JUSTICE in this case begins/starts the very day after jury selection. (Jury selection, once again, begins May 15) Jury selections could take anywhere from a day to a week or so. But at least the closure for the family will begin.

Right now we need as many signatures as we can to let the judge know that this murderer should spend the rest of his life in jail and just how many people's life's he has destroyed and caused pain to with no remorse for his actions.

Reza Payan doesn't get to spend another day with his daughter. Never another birthday or a second to watch her grow. His rights and LIFE were taken from him when all he was trying to do was help this monster get back on his feet. Our brother Reza treated this man Ronald Melnik like he was a brother and defended him like family. He altered his family's own holiday trip to make sure that this MONSTER did not spend his alone, and then, in return for his love and as thanks, he took our friends life in COLD BLOOD only feet in front of his wife and baby daughter.

This Evil doer has NOT apologized even once to anybody.
Claiming self defense. He has NO Remorse. He has NO soul.

Now, he as hired a "High-Powered" lawyer to argue a technicality. The BIGGEST WASTE of TIME, ENERGY, and TAX PAYERS DOLLARS that I've EVER SEEN WASTED IN MY LIFE!

This beast has spent countless tax payers dollars and his family's fortune trying every shady tactic in the book as to not be or take responsibility for his actions.

He has taken the life of another man that had only helped him. A man, who we all knew at Reza "Ray", that would give the shirt off of his own back for someone who was in need. Whether it be a friend or stranger it made no difference. Reza always tried to help. He will always go down to those who knew him was as a guy who was always there and helping others in need.

We can NOT let his life and the life of his family and legacy be destroyed. Please take 5 minutes and join us by passing this post on to your people and the people of the South Florida Media. It could be another #BrowardCounty resident one day when this monster snaps next.
