This petition is to ensure that Miguel Mansour is held criminally responsible for the brutal stabbing murder of Mr. Mike Shereda of Macomb County Michigan. 

Mansour stabbed Shereda over 50 times on September 1st, 2018 in Grant Park, Utica, Michigan. Mike was attending his grandchild's 1st birthday party. This horrific murder was carried out while his family helplessly watched in horror and begged Mansour to stop. Mansour did not stop to their pleas but when the police showed up, he stopped immediately and replied that he was sorry.

Mansour KNEW BETTER!!! He went to Grant Park that day with a bag full of drugs and a giant knife. Mansour fully knew what his own intentions were that day and carried them out.

Mike Shereda's family is in pieces. Their beloved patriarch ceases to exist. The family is plagued with nightmares, P.T.S.D and an empty chair on the upcoming holidays. Please stand up and fight for them, with them!!

We The People humbly ask Judge Servitto for NO PLEAS. NO INSANITY CLAIMS AND NO LESSER SENTENCING. PLEASE PUNISH MIGUEL MANSOUR TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. 

Mansour committed a HEINOUS, SADISTIC, EVIL CRIME. We must make an example out of him. MURDER IS NOT OK!
