We had just moved into our house and have a blended family. My boyfriend has two dogs I have two dogs. His to stay in the front yard and my to stay in the backyard. Mind you, their are all four pit bulls. Reason for yard separation. While out of town the dogs were accidentally left out the back without being chained up which in turn LED them into getting to the neighbor's yard. Then they began to fight our own dog from the front yard through the fence. Neighbors then called police the police came shot our black dog in the front yard and took my other two dogs. I got home the next day was able to go pick up my dogs from the pound and bring them home. Then got a call from the animal control in which in turn came back to my house and took my dogs back to the dog pound and gave me two tickets with a court date which was set for today at 8:00 a.m. I went to court was told that she authorized to have my dog's euthanized because they were aggressive. But no human Was bitten it was a fight between my own dogs in my own yard. I've never been warned before for my two dogs in the backyard and they've never caused any harm or trouble this is the first incident ever. I was never offered a fine or anything. & The judge wouldn't even let me speak.  Now I have 10 days to file an appeal and hopefully be able to convince a judge that my dogs are not as aggressive as they are made out to be just because of their breed. I need help. Please help me save my dog's lives. They're like my children I've had them for over 5 years my kids my grandkids love them they are part of our family.
