Alisdair Wilson:Court Case.

The Issue

Mr Wilsons Court Case : Okay,so after today,at 3:05pm,it was announced that Mr Wilson was proven guilty of indecent exposure at Carlisle's public Swimming Pools. This has caused distress and confusion to all his peers and the people who actually knew Wilson. I understand where the defendant is coming from, and to where her point is put across. However,I completely disagree with the whole court and their final decision. I understand clearly that Wilson should have taken extra care when out of school, due to him having a professional career. Besides this point, the defendant should have known that in a family changing room there is a slight chance of seeing the opposite sex partially naked or even fully. I would understand if it was a male only/female only changing room. The defendant quoted "it didn't seem like an accident" this results in her not being fully confident with her words. She then adds "as he opened the door to his cubical twice in quick succession" this then continues to suggest that the door could have clearly opened by an accident and he had tried to close it and it had bounced back. I personally think that Alistair Wilson should not have been proven guilty. As everyone knows;in changing rooms it's illegal to have cctv. Therefore,it's the defendants work against Wilsons. I think this deserves a re-trial. This is where everything gets considered again. To achieve this,or to even get more than the jury's point across, everyone who knew and believes Wilson is innocent, should sign an online petition to show the support that he has. Wilson has taught me everything I know and supported the whole school through hard times! He is one of a kind. how this has turned out. This needs a retrial...
