The federal trial of Bill Baroni and Bridget Kelly has established that Governor Chris Christie knew of politically motivated lane closures and took no action to end unlawful retaliation, designed to coerce an endorsement.

Defendant Christie is due in Court on November 30, 2016 on a charge of Official Misconduct. The Presiding Municipal Judge of Bergen County heard evidence in support of the complaint and found probable cause to believe Defendant Christie committed the crime.

Unless something is done to cure an open and notorious conflict of interest, Christie will be prosecuted by the same people he appointed. Therefore, the public's right to equal protection under the law will be left in the hands of men who owe their positions to Defendant Christie. This is improper, even in New Jersey.

As such, the complainant in that criminal case filed a motion to disqualify the Attorney General and all County Prosecutors based upon multiple conflicts of interest. Ask Judge Mizdol to ensure due process and appoint a special prosecutor to handle all charges leveled against Governor Christie.
