Ryan’s Next Court Date: August 8th!

Hi everyone, 

It has been a long time since I posted an update, and I thought it was time. 

Despite my best efforts, we could not get Ryan’s court date moved up sooner than August 8th. Sadly, this meant that Ryan missed our son’s 9th birthday yesterday. It was incredibly bittersweet. 

Instead of reviewing Ryan’s motions ex parte and just letting him come home, Judge Michael Schipper and Christopher Elsworth are requiring hearings. This worries me, because I’m worried they are going to bring him in just to beat up on our family again. 

Cross your fingers and toes, and if you could, please send an email of support to celsworth@barrycounty.org and mschipper@barrycounty.org. Ask them to stop hurting our family and free Ryan.
